Shipping + Returns

Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-3 working days.
Service: We ship all parcels with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery Times: UK orders usually arrive in 2–3 working days once dispatched. International delivery isn’t available yet (we’re keeping it close to home for now).
Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking link so you can follow it from our door to yours.
Delays: Once it’s with Royal Mail, it’s out of our hands, but if something goes missing, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Exclusions: We can’t accept returns on personalised items and digital downloads.
Costs: If your item arrives faulty/damaged, we’ll cover return costs. For all other returns, postage is the customer’s responsibility.
How To Return: Email us at hello@dopafix.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the steps. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
